The Kendall Deluxe

We moved in recently and are very happy with the experience so far. The front staff was amazing from showing us the available units to helping process all the application paperwork and provide flexibility to move in from out of state. The condition of the unit is wonderful and we love the feel of the neighborhood.

Such a great place to live. So helpful with getting me set up in a new two bedroom when moving from the 1 bed. Staff was so helpful and kind. They took their time with understanding what I needed and help provide me a solution. So glad I signed another 15 month lease!! Apartments are spacious and amenities are so clean and great!!

We had a good experience living here. No complaints we only moved due to space for our growing family. Good location to food and shopping. We grew to love Gahanna and will miss the area. The community is kept nice and didn’t have any issues to complain about by the time we moved out. The other residents all seemed to be nice and it was pretty quiet back there.
